• Goodbye, Farewell ‘Despedida’ (Grade 10) April 4

On Wednesday, 4th of April, an opportune moment celebrated by the Grade 9 students to bid a customary goodbye to their seniors of Grade 10. The buzz was in the air and as the evening of April 4th started to fade replaced by the calmness of the night, our stars of the night, our very own Grade 10 students and teachers started to fill up the venue, Sundarbans.

As the enthusiastic crowd settled in, the Middle School Rock Band performed the well-known songs. Various titles of recognition such as Mr. Best Dressed, Mr. Bollywood, Mr. Author, Ms. Singer and many more were created and based on votes cast by Grade 10, the results were revealed. The Students of Grades 9 and 10 danced enthusiastically to the music that was being played on their requests.

Despedida concluded with decorative scrolls being handed out to each student of Grade 10, bearing a personalised message for them. Each member from Grade 9 teachers and students worked tirelessly to make this an evening befitting to its theme of ‘Nostalgia’. Despedida gave a fitting farewell to the second MYP batch of Pathways World School, Gurgaon. The batch of Grade 10 will surely remember this token of our love for them.
